Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you total control over your email box accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a brand new electronic mail account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. In addition, you can forward e-mails from one electronic mail account to another, activate mail filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming mail messages based on certain criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and change the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Just choose the e-mail account you wish to redirect emails from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
